[Condor-users] QMGT command failed: no WRITE permission for 129.215.95.136

Hi,

 I try to submit a job to a cluser, I get the following error: 
(condor_status, and condor_q work) This is with condor 6.9.5. Hostallow 
read and write is set to * on all machines. Tried switching off both 
firewalls, and it still didn't work.

[j@mw02 ~]$ condor_submit submit.hostname

ERROR: Failed to create cluster

 I check out the schedd log
