[Condor-users] GCB errors

We're running GCB to utilize a couple small clusters on RIT campus and  
just recently started to get a lot of errors with GCB.  Here's a quick  
excerpt from the MasterLog:

6/19 12:30:02 GCB: ERROR "getRelayServer: can't receive reponse from  
the Broker: _CBrecv(11) failed"
6/19 12:30:02 GCB: ERROR "_CB_newManager: getRelayServer() failed"
6/19 12:30:02 GCB: registerSock: can't _CB_newManager
6/19 12:30:02 SafeSock::connect bind() failed: _state = 1
6/19 12:45:03 GCB: ERROR "getRelayServer: can't receive reponse from  
the Broker: _CBrecv(13) failed"
6/19 12:45:03 GCB: ERROR "_CB_newManager: getRelayServer() failed"
6/19 12:45:03 GCB: registerSock: can't _CB_newManager


Any ideas as to what might be the issue?
