I'll try to answer since Condor's treatment of hyperthreaded cpus, even
version 7, continues to not work as advertised on our pool.

But I need to know one thing.  Paula, how many physical CPUs do your
machines have.  One, or two?  A single dual-core CPU would be two
physical CPUs.  Or, two single-core CPUs in a machine would also be two
physical CPUs.
