[Condor-users] help -- job rescheduling - when network goes down

I tried both standard and vanilla jobs.  Rescheduling is happening when i do condor_vacate -graceful or -fast.  But rescheduling is not happening when the execution host is disconnected from the network.  I could see the job is still running (more than 10 mins) even when the job_lease_duration is set for 120 sec.
