[Condor-users] Condor 7.1.0 Quill limit on string length?

I am seeing a strange problem:

$ condor_q -constraint 'Args =?= UNDEFINED'

Reports 279 jobs with no arguments.

A little poking around with "condor_q -direct schedd" shows that these
jobs have argument lists greater than 512 characters in length.

Something is surely buggy.
