[Condor-users] Jobs not Running

Dear All,
 
Please I forgot to say that I am running on a single computer for now (condor_master) for a start. I wonder why it keeps counter clusters 1, 2,3 4 etc when I submit successive jobs. I have a cluster of eight bu I am only using one now, the rest of the 7 systems are switched off. That is why I put the 

START = Owner == "condor" || Owner == "condor" command and the commands that followed to send my test jobs to the machine I am using.
