Subject: [Condor-users] passwd_cache::cache_uid(): getpwnam("condor") failed: user not found
Hello,
I have installed Condor in a Linux environment, under my username. I don't have root priviledges, and it is not convenient to create a user "condor", so I am only running Condor using my username. Everything works fine, all the jobs are able to run and finish without any problem, but when I look on the ShadowLog I observe the following error message (which, I suspect causes Condor to execute jobs slower):
2/13 09:09:58 (34145.0) (23091): passwd_cache::cache_uid(): getpwnam("condor") failed: user not found
Is there any configuration that I should apply to condor_config or condor_config.local that would solve that problem?
Thanks, Manos
