Is the following MasterLog entry on a 7.0.0 CondorView Server a bug
or a feature?

2/10 21:41:30 Log file not found in config file: VIEW_SERVER_LOG

This appears to be due to VIEW_SERVER being in the DAEMON_LIST, however,
since the VIEW_SERVER points to condor_colector the logs appear to go
to the COLLECTOR_LOG file whether or not VIEW_SERVER_LOG is defined.
