[Condor-users] condor_store_cred add bad password

I can't store credentials on my local machine, even though
HOSTALLOW_READ and HOSTALLOW_WRITE are set to include its IP:

C:\>condor_store_cred add -u test@test -p test
Account: test@test

Operation failed: bad password.

What can be some possible reasons for this? I can't see anything about
it in the log files.
