The reason why I want it is for researchers I support who don't want
learn how to use Condor, they just want to get there research done.
Alternatively they may want to "learn by doing" such a tool would let
them do that without having to open up a manual.
I realize this isn't quite what you've asked, but I've had very good
results with giving people a basic, skeletal submit file that they can
use as a starting point. Usually once they see a working example the
light goes on and the rest of the documentation is much clearer to
them.
