[Condor-users] condor-7.0.1 installation problem

Hi
I'm trying to install condor-7.0.1 using the following options (and I'm root)

[root@globus condor-7.0.1]# condor_install --install=. --install-dir=/usr/local/condor --local-dir=/home/condor/ --type=submit,execute,manager

but it gives me the following error

Installing Condor from /linux-org/condor/condor-7.0.1 to /usr/local/condor
/usr/local/condor/bin/condor_config_val: /usr/local/condor/bin/condor_config_val: cannot execute binary file
Unable to find local directory!

I tried to install it as condor user but still the same error. I changed local-dir to another directory and set permission on it to allow reading and writing for everyone but still nothing. I don't know what's wrong
