[Condor-users] query about Grid computing

I am an MS computer engineering student and want to start research on grid 
based systems. I would like to
ask researchers here to guide me where I can take a start. It would be
helpful if someone can point out
some base research papers that can give me a start in this feild. and areas 
that still have potential of research.
