I have tried to build Condor 7.1.0 from source to create new and cleaner
packages for Debian Stable. Compiling worked fine, after i faked
"aclocal-1.6" and "automake-1.6", which are used by (at least)
blahp-1.7.0-p1. Substitution with aclocal and automake version 1.9.6 seem to
be ok.

Currently my machine is building a native debian package; I hope for some
tests tommorow.
