on Central Manager (with scientific Linux) I have
DAEMON_LIST = MASTER, STARTD, NEGOTIATOR, COLLECTOR
 
on Submit machine (with windows)  I am running these daemon
DAEMON_LIST = MASTER  SCHEDD STARTD
 

 looking for hearing you
