Re-installation should not, I believe, be neccessary.
Many
changes can be dynamically applied through the use
of
condor_reconfig
more
serious ones, like which daemons are run need a restart,
condor_restart, which I suspect may be what you need in this
case.
Of
course, all machines that need updating with these values will
need
restarting/reconfiguring too.

i tried to change host
manager in configuration file to make it the current machine, but when i write
"condor_status", it tells me it can't contact the previous host manager.
is
there some other parameter that must be changed? or should i reinstall condor?
