I was only following the manual

I just tried with "User" and "TARGET.User" with no joy. Having read the 
manual again, I see it written: ".... set up machine so that only 
specific users' job will run on them". What I want is "only specific 
users' jobs will run on that specific machine" i.e. I don't want those 
specific users' jobs to be running on any where else other than that 
specific machine.

In my case, jobs are not going to that particular machine at all.
