I had problem with condor_master.
I replace lock file: 
/tmp/condor-lock.xxx/InstanceLock

with /tmp/InstanceLock

in local config file and I run.

condor_q  -analyze :
028.000:  Run analysis summary.  Of 1 machines,
      0 are rejected by your job's requirements
      1 reject your job because of their own requirements
      0 match but are serving users with a better priority in the pool
      0 match but reject the job for unknown reasons
      0 match but will not currently preempt their existing job
      0 are available to run your job

WARNING:  Be advised:   Request 28.0 did not match any resource's constraints

Also there are no REQUIREMENTS, so it will only try and match nodes with the

same OpSys and Arch as the submitting node (this is unlikely to be the problem in this case)

 

Wat did condor_q -anal show ?
