[Condor-users] flocking network requirements

Hi,
 
what are the network requirements for flocking between Condor
pools?  i.e., to allow flocking between Pool A and Pool B,
do all (submit) machines in (say) Pool A need to be able to talk to
all (execute) machines in Pool B, or just the "master" node of Pool B?
