[Condor-users] cannot condor_restart

Hi...

Why cannot use condor_restart to restart condor_master?

I run "sudo /usr/local/condor-6.8.6/sbin/condor_restart" (so as root user), and
get the following error (from MasterLog):

11/27 12:20:32 DaemonCore: PERMISSION DENIED to unknown user from host
<192.168.1.21:49479> for command 453 (RESTART)

Any help?
