[Condor-users] Limit number of jobs by single user, running in parallel?

Hi,

I've been looking (without success) for a awy to limit a user to a pre-
defined portion of the whole pool, for example to max. 600 processes
in R state. All the negotation procedures I found are "local" and don't know
about the already finished negotiations (or the number of slots which
are already assigned to the particular user) - did I miss something?
