Is there a config variable which can cause the execute directory to be left intact after a job exits, in order to be able to check what files were transferred and what the permissions are on them? Should I see something in the StartLog or ShadowLog indicating that the condor user doesn’t have permission to execute? Are all files transferred from a Windows submit machine to a linux machine made executable?
