[Condor-users] Jobs will not run on condor master (no access to execute dir)

Hello,

I had orignally setup a condor pool with a mixture of linux and windows
computers with a windows XP central manager.  I have now decided to
install linux on this machine and use it as the central manager as I
thought this would be more versatile (I want to run jobs on it).  I am
using fedora 7 with condor 6.8.5 (RHEL 3)

Its working quite well as the condor master but jobs will not run on
the machine (they run on all other linux and windows machines). 
Analysing the log files I've noticed this error message in
StarterLog.vm1

Any ideas why I'm getting this error? Condor was installed as user
condor and the daemons are run as root.  The access rights to the
execute directory allow any user to access it.
