According to
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v6.9.1/3_3Configuration.html#param:SubsysAttrs
"<SUBSYS>_EXPRS is a historic setting that functions identically to <SUBSYS>_ATTRS.
Use <SUBSYS>_ATTRS."
STARTD_EXPRS is mentioned (as opposed to STARTD_ATTRS in sections 3.5, 3.8 and 3.13
Is this as intended, or is documentation just taking a bit of time to catch up?
