- Subject: [Condor-users] nodes get preempting state for ever
Hi,
I have:
$ condor -version
$CondorVersion: 6.8.2 Oct 12 2006 $
$CondorPlatform: I386-LINUX_RH9 $
$ cat /etc/redhat-release
Scientific Linux release 3.0.5 (Fermi)
Which is like RHen 3 or 4, nit really sure.
I've a problem when condor tries to preempt a vm, cause that vm gets
preempt state for ever, and I have to reboot that node in order to get
a normal status.
I was wondering if there is a way for "un-preempt" a vm or force it get
a normal state.
I've been looking into doc, but it does not really explain a lot about
preempt procedure (2.7 Priorities and preemption).
Mnay thanks in advance,
Arnau
