[Condor-users] jobs in 'idle' status

hi...

in testing condor, i seem to have a situation where the test scripts that i
created, have successfully run. however, when i do a 'submit_q', i get a
listing of the jobs/submit time/owner/etc.... with the jobs listed as being
in an idle state.

i've repeatedly checked for over an hour, with no change. anybody have any
insight as to what i've changed/modified in the config file, or why this
isn't cleared. my expectation is that if the jobs have finished, the
'submit_q' should display no jobs in the queue.
