[Condor-users] Condor 6.8 WebService Job Submission

Hi,
 Does everyone made success on submitting a java universe job using 6.8 webservices?
I am always getting " Unknown cluster or job" as the status message from schedd submit and
in the schedd log i see repetitive messages like
