Yes, it is consistent not sporadic.

In the jj24 user's job log file, I am seeing this
009 (124974.000.000) 08/22 17:13:21 Job was aborted by the user.
via condor_rm (by user Senthil)
The same thing is happening if the user "jj24" tries to remove user "Senthil" submitted job.

I am using condor-6.8.4, and having some problem in users
accidentally removing (condor_rm) other user's jobs using
condor_rm. I guess only the owner of the job or super users can
have the ability to remove the job. Is it a bug or something is
not properly set in the condor pool.
