This means that the machines' requirements expression rejects the job  
(the machines don't want to run that job). condor_q -better-analyze  
will try to suggest why the machines don't like your job. If that  
doesn't explain why the machines don't like your job, you can use  
condor_status -l to examine the machines' ads directly.
