I don’t think in this case it is a problem
with shared libraries because:
- Condors
assigns the execute node as the current machine I’m submitting from
- It runs
from the command line quite fine on the current machine

Hi,
maybe
it is a problem with required libraries. Check if you need to transfer some
MATLAB dlls. Some windows executables in Condor, also need for example
msvcr71.dll or MSVCRTD.DLL.
