Have you configured condor_config file the Host/IP access levels?
## You must set this to something else before Condor will run.
## This most simple option is:
HOSTALLOW_WRITE = *
or
#HOSTALLOW_WRITE = *.your.domain, your-friend's-machine.other.domain
