[Condor-users] Permission Denied Problem

I am a new comer to Condor. My condor pool runs all well except the "condor_status" command makes no output on the Condor Machine in the pool. I have set "HOSTALLOW_READ=*" and "HOSTALLOW_WRITE=*". What is more, among the Log Files of the Central Manager, only CollectorLog has the "Permission Denied to unknow user from host ......", while other log files look all right.  

I don't know how to resolve it and I need your help.Thanks!
