[Condor-users] why are the windows services start delayed ?

Hello all !

 

I successfully installed condor for windows on a XP machine.

Is it normal, that, if condor_master service is started, i takes about 10 minutes for the other services (scheduler, negotiator etc.) to start also ?

 

If yes, ok; if not, what could be the reason ?
