And I see something like this for the first 4 processors in StarterLog:

10/11 13:32:12 DaemonCore: received command 443 (RELEASE_CLAIM), calling 
handler (command_release_claim)
10/11 13:32:12 Error: can't find resource with ClaimId 
(<10.13.33.60:48942>#1160586887#27)

as a result, jobs can not be run on these processors. What could be the 
reason?
