- Subject: [Condor-users] compiling CNS with Condor
Hi List!
In fact, I've been able to compile cns_solve_1.1 with condor_compile
in my laptop. Now I am trying to compile it in the cluster. It was
done before and now we cannot even reproduce the previous compilation.
I understand that condor_compile will link its library to cns.
However, I can compile cns without condor and when I apply
condor_compile, I get a error like missing the math libs (libm.so,
-lm).
The cluster has some heterogenous configurations for several libraries
and I was wonder it may be the cause of our problem.
My reason to write here is to look for some advices in how to track
down why condor_compile is not seeing libm and, maybe, how to force it
to see libm so.
Anyway, any kind of help would be very welcome.
Many thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Alan
