There is no support for wildcards in transfer_input_files, but you can 
use condor_submit macros, including $ENV().  For example, if there is a 
common list of files that you need to include, you could put this in an 
environment variable and insert it via $ENV(DLL_LIST).

That said, I think a zip file is a better solution.
