The libraries are in /lib64, so I asked yum to install nss_ldap.i386.
After a few other dependencies, everything installed clean, and Condor
starts on the x86_64 machines now (both the Opteron, and the EM64T).  If
I'd bothered to read the condor_config_val trace, I would've seen that
one myself too.
