[Condor-users] Advertising Grid-Nodes

Hello,

I have one question: what is needed on a Globus node besides the 
"condor_advertise" executable to advertise grid resources to a 
condor_collector?

I tried copying just the executable "condor_advertise" on a grid node (only 
Globus software, no Condor) but when I run condor_advertise it asks for the 
config file. If I give him a proper condor_config it still wont run, so I 
installed condor on the grid node and now it works :) But I don't want to do 
that on every grid node.

Any help is appreciated.
