[Condor-users] JobLeaseDuration

JobLeaseDuration appears to be a property of the job classad.
Is there any way that you can specify a default value by putting
it into condor_config, or do you have to wrap condor_submit
or something to get it added?  And what is the default value?
I can tell that under normal circumstances the lease gets renewed
every 300 seconds, but how long does it last if not renewed?
