[Condor-users] Multi-CPU machines, vm3 and vm4 are idle

Hi,

 

I have some quad CPU machines, WINNT51 INTEL. The vm1 and vm2 work perfectly fine but vm3 and vm4 are perpetually stuck in owner/idle state. A friend noticed that vm1-reuse-user and vm2-reuse-user (or something of the like) was found in Windows’ user list. Related?
