[Condor-users] Installation on RHEL 3

Hi – I installed the condor 6.7.20 development version on a RHEL 3.0 machine. When I start the condor_master daemon, why does it start only three daemons,

 

condor    8898     1  0 Jul13 ?        00:00:30 ./sbin/condor_master

condor    8899  8898  0 Jul13 ?        00:00:00 condor_schedd -f

daemon    9321  8898  0 Jul13 ?        00:01:05 condor_startd –f

 

why doesn’t it start condor_collector and condor_negotiator?

 

This is the central manager, btw.
