Hi All

This has been happening fairly regularly of late.

A user has been submitting ~120 jobs per night. Not all of these complete in time.
(I should mention we have a policy of jobs only running from 6:00pm to 8:00am).

Most jobs that don't complete are in the queue as Idle. Some however are shown as
running when using condor_q -global.

The machines the jobs are running on can be seen using condor_q -global -run
BUT when condor_status is used those machines are shown as Owner Idle.

The only way to fix this is to stop and start the condor service on the submitting machine.

BTW we are running 6.6.10 with a linux CM but Windows submit and execute machines.
