I don't know what the MPI_CONDOR_RSH_PATH variable is, or what itshould be set to... thanks for any/all suggestions!

This should be set to the libexec subdirectory under the condorinstallation. i.e.


MPI_CONDOR_RSH_PATH = $(LIBEXEC)
