Hi,

We started with the Blast installation from the CONDOR website:

http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/tools/BLAST/

and modified as needed from there for our specific needs. I have
to admit, I didn't do the initial modification, but have taken over
the maintenance of the mod, and it works extremely well for us and our
users.

I need to install blast on my cluster any blast users out there that can
advise on version and website?

I have looked at ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/ but am not convinced that
this is the right one for a condor cluster.
