No, that's an error in the manual. You should use " instead of `` or '', ie
DedicatedScheduler = "DedicatedScheduler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
(we use LaTeX for our manual, someone's trying to get the right
quotes but not doing the right thing, we'll fix it.)
