Yeah I remember we had issues previously hence why I started doing my jobs
in batches, as before my jobs were only running for 10 seconds and the 
condor shadows
were not being spawned at all. This time however all the shadows are being 
spawned.

Data transfer wise being sent out is the executable which is < 100k and a 
data set < 10k
Each subjob im running creates 5000 output files each with 20 data points so 
they are
fairly small files. I am going to try the tarball option just in case it 
help with transferring data
back in one big go than sending output file by output file just now in the 
meanwhile.
