[Condor-users] 6.7.14 change in macros?

In 6.7.13, I used e.g. UPDATE_INTERVAL in condor_config.local without
the macro $() notation.  Now in .14 it wants to have $(UPDATE_INTERVAL),
and I think other variables have this change too.  Did I miss something?
