[Condor-users] store_cred: failed to recv schedd's answer.

condor_submit from WinXP SP2 running Condor 6.7.14 to a remote pool 
fails. I have a valid credential stored and schedd is running, but it 
looks like schedd fails to get the credential:

C:\Condor>condor_submit -pool remote.cm -remote remote.schedd -debug 
remote.cmd
1/17 10:46:51 IO: Failed to read packet header
1/17 10:46:51 IO: Failed to read packet header
1/17 10:46:51 store_cred: failed to recv schedd's answer.

ERROR: No credential stored for ajs@LOCAL

       Correct this by running:
       condor_store_cred add

C:\Condor>condor_store_cred query
Account: ajs@LOCAL

A credential is stored and is valid.

C:\Condor>

Any ideas?
