Hi. Running Windows systems, I've used static MAC--> IP mapping on the
Master only, with other systems on straight DHCP.
The DHCP system is set for 7 day leases with the numbers not really changing
much, since the systems are left running.
No problems.

We use static MAC => IP/hostname mappings, but yes, we do this (on Linux
machines.)
