Hi Condor-Team,

When I submitted the job with very long requirements expression,
an error occurred. It is segmentation fault of condor_submit.exe.
I'm using v6.8.0 with WindowsXP.
Is This a bug?

Please see attached submit description file.
The length of requirements expression is about 2400bytes.
Are there any limitation of the length??
