[Condor-users] condor "vanilla only"

   Hi All


I'm usinng condor 6.8.0 to arch 64bits, so I can only submit jobs in Vanilla
Universe. Can I limit the max number of jobs submitted per user and max running
time per job?

If yes, how do I do that?
